Cans for Care — Turning Empties into Impact
Every Massachusetts 5¢ can and bottle you donate helps the Friends of the Dedham Council on Aging fund programs and brighten the days of our town’s seniors. Small change — big difference.
We already have collected over 10,000 containers, valued at over $500, since our kickoff weekend began on October 18th! Thank you Dedhamites everywhere for your overwhelming support for this fundraising campaign targeted at senior’s food insecurity! Your response has been gratifying and humbling!
Keep the kindness rolling by bringing your cans and bottles (plastic and glass) to our Extended Run collection drive tent at the Fairbanks Park parking lot, Rustcraft Rd. and Central Ave., on Saturdays, November 22nd and December 6th from 10:30 AM until 1:30 PM. Together, we’re building a brighter Dedham for our seniors — one nickel at a time.
