Who We Are

Friends of the Dedham Council on Aging, Inc. (FDCOA) is a volunteer-driven nonprofit dedicated to enriching the lives of Dedham's older adults and strengthening connections throughout our community. Working collaboratively with the Dedham Council on Aging, the Ames Senior Center, community partners, volunteers, and supporters, we bring people, ideas, and resources together to enhance opportunities beyond those provided through traditional public funding.

Open to all ages, we welcome people who want to connect, contribute, discover new purpose, and make a difference. Through innovative initiatives, community outreach, partnerships, fundraising, and volunteer service, we're building an increasingly vibrant organization with an enduring impact on Dedham seniors and the community we share.
