This residential bulk pickup service is intended for large quantities of MA 5¢ deposit containers, such as multiple full plastic garbage or contractor bags of cans and plastic bottles, and cardboard boxes for glass bottles. Containers do not need to be sorted, and while rinsed items are appreciated, clean containers are not required.
Cans for Care — Celebrating Our First Year!
Since launching in October 2025, Cans for Care has transformed many tens of thousands of Massachusetts 5¢ redeemable containers into support for Dedham seniors. Thanks to our dedicated volunteers and generous community, our first year has been a remarkable success!
